This is a unique and beautiful tea grown in the high remote AnXi mountain in the FuJian province of China. The tea makers go through a very rigorous making and grading process to produce this limited edition tea. It delivers light golden liquor with a distinctive sweet, creamy and subtle floral aroma. To ensure the best result of tea, please store the delicate tea in a refrigerator or very cool place with an air-tight vacuum bag.
Brewing hints:
Place 2 teaspoons of High Mountain Green Tie Guan Yin in a pot and pour in boiling water. Immediately pour off the water and let the leaves breathe for a moment or two. Then refill the pot with boiling water and steep the leaves 1 to 2 minutes. The leaves will give several infusions.
