Characteristics:
Fancy Liu An is Chinese Rice Flower (Mei Sui Lan) scented teas which have been finest produced in province of GuangDong of China. Premium green tea is used as the base and roasted using our traditional Chaozhou family recipe. The scenting is a natural process, involving mixing the Mei Sui Lan flowers so that the tea absorbs the scent. Liu An is darker than our normal roast and consequently develop an intense, full-bodied flavor. The aroma is well balanced and complex.
Brewing hints:
Place 2 teaspoons of Fancy Liu An in a pot and pour in boiling water. Immediately pour off the water and let the leaves breathe for a moment or two. Then refill the pot with boiling water and steep the leaves 2 to 3 minutes. The leaves will give several infusions.
